Dragon Ball Z opens with Goku going to visit his old friends on Master Roshi's island. But soon Piccolo, Goku's arch nemesis, arrives followed shortly by Goku's older Brother Raditz. Raditz tells Goku that he is a Saiyan from outer space, and that he is to rejoin the Saiyan forces. Goku refuses and is assaulted. Raditz kidnaps his son, Gohan. Piccolo decides to join forces with Goku temporarily to end this new menace. The battle ensues with Raditz easily holding off the attacks by Goku and Piccolo. Then finally Piccolo finds a way. His Special Beam Cannon, a move he perfected to use against Goku. Goku remembered that grabbing a Saiyans tail is it's weak point. Goku holds Raditz by his tail as Piccolo begins to fire. Goku showing compassion for his brother lets go at the last second. Raditz barely dodges the blast, but gets nicked in passing. Goku now takes a beating at the hands of Raditz. His screams echo through the land. Gohan hears his father in the time chamber and his energy level explodes with anger. Gohan delivers a hard head butt to Raditz's stomach. Gohan then falls asleep while Goku recovers. Knowing that it would be the only way, Goku sacrifices himself by holding Raditz still while Piccolo fires one last time. The beam travels through both Raditz and Goku, killing them both. After Goku's death, Kame, the guardian of the Earth, requests he be sent to King Kai's place for special training. The Earth's defenders find out that more Saiyans, much more powerful than Raditz, will be coming soon. Piccolo takes Gohan, after seeing his high power level, for special training for the upcoming fight. The other fighters, Tien, Yamcha, Krillin, and Choazu, also begin training for the Saiyans' arrival. Goku makes it to King Kai's after a couple misadventures on the Snake Way path and begins his training. He finds that King Kai's planet has the gravitational pull ten times greater than the earth's. Goku starts his training by chasing King Kai's loyal pet Bubbles. Goku finally outsmarts Bubbles and catches him. His next task was to hit Gregory, a small cricket, with his hammer. Goku is successful. King Kai also taught him the Kaio Ken attack, which enhances all abilities greatly. His last task was to learn the Spirit Bomb attack. A trick King Kai could not even perfect. After days of training, Goku learned and perfected the deadly attack. One Year after Goku's death the Saiyans arrive on Earth, looking for the dragon balls. The Earth's special forces arrive after Nappa destroys a small city. Soon the media and the military arrive to watch over the monumental battle. Vegeta and Nappa, the two Saiyans, decide to employ the help of their Saibamen, small green men who grow out of a seed planted in the ground in a couple minutes time. Piccolo, Gohan, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, and Choazu decide to fight the Saibamen one at a time. Vegeta agrees to those terms and the tournament like battle ensues. Yamcha beats a Saibaman, but while his back is turned, it jumps from the ground and latches onto him. It self-destructs, killing Yamcha in the process. Krillin gets really mad and fires off a blast that starts the end of the Saibamen. Once the team has beaten the Saibamen, the bigger of the two Saiyans, Nappa, steps up to fight. No one is even able to touch Nappa, who proves way to strong and fast for the outclassed humans. Choazu comes the closest when he attempts to blow up Nappa with him, but Nappa blocks just in time and Choazu ends up dead. Tien goes into a rage. Nappa chops off Tien's arm. Tien launches a suicide attack against the giant alien. The blast kills Tien in the process. Nappa is a little bruised after the fight with Tien but he is pretty unharmed. Just as Nappa goes to fight against the remaining 3 fighters, Vegeta calls a time out to give Kakorot (Goku) time to arrive on the scene. The 3 hour time out expires and the fighting resumes. Krillin and Piccolo try a first attempt to destroy Nappa by tricking him into a blast. All is going to plan when Gohan suddenly becomes to scared to fire and chickens out. Piccolo then tells Gohan to fire at Nappa when he holds his tail. Piccolo holds his tail and Gohan fires. Nappa smiles and slams his elbow into Piccolo. He dodges Gohan's blast. Vegeta explains that their tails are no longer a weak point. Gohan begins to taunt Nappa. Nappa becomes enraged and charges Gohan. Gohan delivers a hard shot and sends Nappa reeling. Nappa is angrier than ever and launches a blast at Gohan. Piccolo jumps in front of the blast and takes the shot. Piccolo dies from Nappa's blast, but Gohan is spared. Nappa's assault continues against Gohan and Krillin. Gohan is beaten helpless. Suddenly, Goku arrives. Goku makes sport of Nappa. Nappa can't lay a finger on Goku. Nappa then decides to attack Krillin and Gohan. Nappa charges them as Goku follows. Knowing he won't catch him, Goku uses his Kaio Ken attack. He slams Nappa and hangs him helpless on his back. Eventually, Vegeta gets sick of his partner's incompetence and kills Nappa. That leaves Vegeta and Goku to battle it out. The fight runs to a stalemate. Goku decides to pull out all the stops and does a triple Kaio Ken attack. Goku pummels Vegeta even at his best. Vegeta becomes enraged and decides to destroy the earth with his Galic Gun. Goku does a triple Kaio Ken attack with a Kamehameha wave. The two blasts seem equal when Goku goes Kaio Ken times four. Vegeta is overpowered and is blown into space. Goku is overly exhausted by his Kiao Ken attack and can hardly stand. Vegeta comes back to fight. Vegeta pulls out his ace, an energy blast meant to mimic the full moon. Vegeta goes into Oozuru (big monkey) form and starts to easily wins the fight. Goku does a solar flare attack and blinds Vegeta. He then tries to launch the spirit bomb attack but fails. Vegeta then breaks both of Goku's legs. Gohan and Krillin arrive. They try to cut off Vegeta's tail by Gohan's distraction. Krillin fires a Distructo disc. Vegeta's gigantic ears hear the disc and dodge it in time. Vegeta then punishes both Krillin and Gohan. Eventually the cowardly Yajirobe comes to the rescue cutting off Vegeta's tail with his sword. Yajirobe leaves before Vegeta can find him. Goku tries to gather what little energy he has left for one last spirit bomb. Gohan then continues to attack the weakened Saiyan while Krillin looks on. Goku then gives the spirit bomb to Krillin. Krillin sneaks behind Vegeta as King Kai orders him to fire. The spirit bomb is launched at Vegeta but misses and heads strait for Gohan. Goku tells Gohan to reflect it back. The bomb reflects off Gohan and hits Vegeta by surprise. The blast shoots Vegeta into the atmosphere. As Krillin and Gohan check on Goku, Vegeta crashes back to earth seemingly lifeless. Vegeta rises and continues to assault Krillin. He then knocks out Gohan. Yajirobe slashes Vegta's back. Yajirobes then gets flown across the canyon. Gohan then looks at the glowing light. Vegeta tries to rip off in tail but it's to late. Gohan goes Oozuru and takes out Vegeta. As Gohan is about to crush Vegeta, Vegeta blasts off his tail. Gohan however, is shrinking slowly and crushes Vegeta under him. Vegeta decides to give up and crawls back to his space ship. Krillin grabs Yajirobe's sword and attempts to finish Vegeta. Goku refuses him to do so and Vegeta gets away laughing. After the battle ends and Vegeta retreats back to space, Goku, Krillin, and Gohan are rushed to the hospital. Krillin and Gohan are out in no time but Goku isn't so lucky. He's in bad shape. Now that Piccolo has died that means Kame is as well, due to their link. So Bulma decides to lead an expedition to Kame's home planet, Namek, to use their dragon balls to revive their fallen comrades. Frieza Saga They acquire Kame's old ship and take off for the far away planet. They run into a couple obstacles along the way. It seems they arrive on the real planet Namek but it's just a mockup of Namek with some malicious aliens. The two aliens disguise themselves as Nameks and hide fake dragon balls around the planet. After receving most of ther dragon balls they realize it's all an illusion. The two aliens try to steal their ship while sea creatures attack Gohan and Krillin. They do escape however and beat up the aliens and escape from the fake Namek. Next, they arrived at a spaceship filled with refugees who think they are the bad guys. They soon realize they are small children who are for the good cause and want to destroy Frieza. They take back the captive Bulma and head for Namek. They eventually arrive on the Namek. Goku gets out of the hospital when Yajirobe brings him a Sensu Bean to heal him. He gets a ship from Bulma's father, Dr. Briefs, and heads toward Namek to help his friends. After Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma arrive on Namek, they discover that evil forces are already at work on Namek looking for the Dragon Balls. They discover a small village of Nameks and huge dragon balls. The evil mercenaries destroy most Nameks and spare very few. Frieza receives another dragon ball. His two main servants Dodoria and Zarbon attack and begin to eliminate the rest of the Nameks. Gohan becomes enraged and attack Dodoria. They save one Namek named Dende, a small child with the power to heal. They soon camp and hide out in a near by cave. Soon Vegeta arrives on Namek as well. He pursues the for the dragon balls. Vegeta clashes with Frieza's forces time and time again. First was Cooey, one of the weaker minions of Frieza. Vegeta almost instantly destroys him and flies off. Gohan and Krillin avoid anyone they come across. Eventually, Dodria finds them and begins the battle. Gohan and Krillin continue to avoid and lose him. Vegeta arrives on the scene and easily takes care of the overweight beast. Krillin meets some of the Nameks and head to see Guru, the elder Namek, who opens up his hidden power. He also recives a dragon ball from Guru and heads back to Bulma and Gohan. During the mad hunt for the dragon balls, Vegeta battles Zarbon. Vegeta starts out and apparently out classes Zarbon. However, Zarbon transforms into a beast and easily defeats Vegeta and takes him to Frieza's space ship. Vegeta is healed and escapes while stealing the dragon balls. He has five balls with him and one that he hid in the lake. Gohan runs paths with Vegeta and gets hit in the stomach before Vegeta leaves. Gohan finds the hidden dragon ball and heads back to his cave. Meanwhile, Krillin comes back with the dragon ball. Vegeta finds Bulma and Krillin and the dragon ball away. Zarbon appears and the more powerful Vegeta easily destroys him this time. Vegeta flies off with the dragon ball laughing. Gohan shows up a second later with the last dragon ball. Krillin then tells Gohan about Guru and they both leave for his domain. Vegeta looks everywhere in the lake but realizes Gohan took it. Vegeta goes after them. Frieza is infuriated by Vegeta's insolence. He calls for the Ginyu force, his super squadron of dancing morons. Each have a significant power and ability to destroy their enemy. Krillin and Gohan arrive at Guru's. They meet a Namek named Nail, a powerful Namek who looked like Piccolo. Guru releases Gohan's hidden power. Just then, Vegeta arrives ready to kill. A light shimmers over their heads and it's not Goku, it's the Ginyu Force. Once the Ginyu Force arrives they catch up with Vegeta and the others and prepare to take the dragon balls. Captain Ginyu takes the balls back to Frieza while the others decide who gets to kill Krillin, Vegeta, and Gohan. Guldo, the frog-looking weakling of the bunch, goes first against Gohan and Krillin. The fight seems to be going in Gohan's favor when Guldo catches them off guard. He catches them in a time web and pummels them. He then carves a tree into a large throwing dart. As Guldo is about to fire, Vegeta sneaks from behind and does a deadly blow dropping Guldo to the ground. Vegeta kills Guldo with the big bang attack and saves Gohan and Krillin. Recoome steps up next to fight. He pretty much beats the hell out of all three fighters. He fights Vegeta first. Vegeta is easily defeated. Reecome tries to use the Reecome Boom but misses due to Gohan grabbing him. The shot came out of his mouth but backfired. Krillin kicked his head, closing his mouth and causing an explosion to his head. He survives but loses most of his teeth. He then took out Krillin with one kick to the head. Recoome has some trouble fighting Gohan but easily manhandles him in the end. Just when it looks like Gohan is done in, Goku arrives. When Goku shows up, he is stronger than ever after training in 100 times earth gravity. He gives each fallen member a Sensu bean and heads toward Reecome. He stops Recoome with one blow to the midsection. Then Burter and Jeice burst into action to defeat this new threat. They can't lay a finger on him. Goku stops them pretty easily, knocking out Burter. Jeice retreats to summon Captain Ginyu to help. Vegeta then kills Recoome and Burter. Goku becomes angry as Vegeta leaves. Jeice finds the Captain burying the dragon balls. He informs him of Goku and he leaves. The captain shows up to settle things. After he sees how strong Goku really is, Ginyu gets an idea. He slams his fist through his chest. Ginyu then pulls a special attack that switches their bodies. Goku is stuck in Ginyu's body, as the Captain flies off with Jeice to fool Gohan and Krillin. Goku arrives badly injured to inform Gohan and Krillin. Ginyu finds out that he is not as strong as he thought in Goku's body. Gohan and Krillin fight Ginyu. While Gohan and Krillin fight Ginyu, Vegeta chases down and kills Jeice even when begged not to. With Jeice finished, Vegeta beats on Ginyu for a while. Ginyu is in really bad shape. Ginyu gets ready to take Vegeta's body, but Goku jumps in the way at the last minute to get his body back. Then when Ginyu tries again, Goku throws a frog in the path of the beam. With Ginyu in a frog's body, the battle with the Ginyu Force is finally done. The new team of Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and Krillin go to Frieza's ship to heal and prepare for Frieza's eminent arrival. Nail is distracting Frieza so the earthlings can prepare. Gohan and Krillin wait for Vegeta to fall asleep and go to make their wish with the dragon balls. Dende arrives to help them make their wish. They try to make their wishes fast because they know Nail can't hold off Frieza for long. Dende informs them that the Nameks dragon balls can make three wishes instead of one. For their first two wishes, they bring Piccolo back to life, and then transport him to Namek to help fight Frieza. But before they can get their 3rd wish Vegeta wakes up and shows up on the scene. He wanted them to make him immortal. But before Vegeta can get his wish granted, Guru dies and the dragon balls become gray and useless. Just then, Frieza arrives and he's not in a good mood. After Vegeta and the guys fight Frieza for a little bit, Piccolo merges with the fallen Namek warrior Nail, and flies on his way to help. Frieza goes into his second form and spears Krillin right through his abdomen. Gohan becomes enraged and attacks Frieza with a barrage of blasts. It seems the fight is over, but Frieza survives. Dende however heals Krillin before he dies. Frieza gets beat pretty bad, but soon takes control again of the fight. Krillin then throws a Distructo Disc and cuts off his tail. Piccolo then arrives. Piccolo is easily taking control of the fight. Frieza begins to panic and goes into his third form and Piccolo can barely handle the new battle. Frieza continues to fire shot after shot leaving Piccolo helpless. Gohan gets angry again and does a super Masenko attack. The blast uses all of Gohan's energy but sends Frieza through a mountain. Frieza survives once again and begins to power up for his forth and final form. Before Frieza goes to 4th form, Vegeta talks Krillin into blasting him and then getting Dende to heal him to massively build up his power. Krillin blasts a shot through Vegeta's chest. Dende refuses to heal him because Vegeta killed many Nameks. Gohan convinces him to heal Vegeta and does so. Just then Frieza completes his final form. After seeing the tiny Namek's ability to heal others, Frieza kills little Dende. Vegeta then rises from his healing and says he can beat Frieza. Although much stronger, Vegeta couldn't lay a finger on Frieza. Frieza then tares Vegeta to pieces and then chokes him with his tail. Goku was fully healed and leaves to help the others. Goku shows up right as Frieza is about kills Vegeta. Vegeta begins to laugh and mock Frieza. Frieza fires a shot from his finger that went through Vegeta's heart. Goku buries Vegeta and determines to finish Frieza. The fight begins. Goku has the upper hand for a while. But Frieza proves too much for even Goku to handle. Goku can't even beat him with the Kaio Ken attack. Goku then decides to make a spirit bomb. Since Frieza can't detect power with his mind he can't sense the gigantic spirit bomb looming over his head. Piccolo distracts Frieza in time for Goku to fire. The giant spirit bomb crushes Frieza and buries him in the ocean. The Z fighters reunite and celebrate. Just then Frieza rises from the water. Even after hitting him with a high powered Spirit Bomb attack Frieza still lives. Frieza fires a shot at Goku but Piccolo takes the hit. Goku is telling Frieza to stop. But then Frieza fires a shot at Krillin and lifts him in the air. Goku demands that Frieza let Krillin go. Frieza closes his fist and Krillin explodes. Goku becomes furious and goes into a terrible rage at this latest atrocity by the evil warlord. Goku starts teeming with new power and he achieves the form of Super Saiyan. A high powered, blonde haired, blue eyes fighting machine. Goku tells Gohan to bring Piccolo back to Bulma's ship. Gohan leaves as the final battle begins. The fight starts turning against Frieza. Freiza lays a hard shot to Goku's face and connects. Goku was not affected at all. Goku hammers Frieza with lefts and rights. Frieza begins to panic and can't beat the mighty Super Sayian. To ensure his victory, he blasts Namek's core, setting the planet to explode in a few minutes. The battle rages on as Frieza goes all out. With all his might he knocks Goku into molten lava. Goku is now dead. Gohan arrives on the spot and attacks Frieza for what he has done. Meanwhile, King Kai tells Mr. Popo to gather all the dragon balls and to wish everyone back to life who was killed by Frieza and his gang. The earth dragon grants his wish. Guru, Vegeta, Dende and all the Nameks are wished back to life. Goku rises from the ground and continues to fight Frieza. Gohan goes back to ship with the others to leave. King Kai then tells Guru to wish everyone on Namek back to earth except Frieza. Guru tells the revised Dende to make the wish. Just then, Frieza sees the dragon first and makes his wish. Dende then makes his wish in the Namek language. The dragon disappears along with the dragon balls. Frieza is confused and is not sure what happened. Suddenly Vegeta arrives and surprises Frieza. Before Vegeta can attack he vanishes along with all the others and is transported to earth. Goku wishes to stay to finish off Frieza before the planet explodes. Goku and Frieza fight for a long time. Frieza soon becomes over powered and realizes he is beaten. Goku says the match is over and says Frieza is too weak to go on. Frieza gets angry and launches two spinning death discs similar to Krillin's. Frieza makes a mistake and accidentally slicing him in half by his own attack. Frieza is motionless, and pleads for his life. Goku gives Frieza a small amount of energy so he can survive the blast of the planet's explosion, but Frieza uses this energy to attack Goku with a high powered blast. The Super Saiyan goes ahead and finishes the job, killing Frieza with a large blast. Leaving a whole in the ground. Goku heads strait for Frieza's ship to escape. The ship is too damaged to take off as the planet deteriorates. Goku screams off the top of his lungs as the planet explodes. Leaving no sign of Goku or Frieza. After the Nameks and everyone else returns to earth, our heroes use the dragon balls to wish Yamcha, Tien, Choazu and Krillin back to life. Goku was unable to be wished back due to him still being alive. They decide then to wish him back to Earth. Goku refuses to come back to Earth because he is training with his new power. Goku informs them that he will return. Everything returns back to normal. Soon the Nameks go to a new planet Namek and Vegeta leaves earth to train in outer space. Garlic Jr. Saga Once things get calmed down after the battle with Frieza, Garlic Jr. returns from the Dead Zone to cause problems once again. He takes Kame and Mr. Popo hostage, and releases his Black Water Mist on the Earth. The evil mist causes people to become super violent beings who turn on one another. Piccolo tricks him into thinking the mist hypnotized him, in order to get close enough to Kame's prison in the bottle. Once the farce is unmasked Kame and Mr. Popo are freed and they take the Sacred Water, the only cure for the mist, to the 7 winds to spread them across the world. Garlic Jr. escaped the Dead Zone by drawing power from the Makioh Star. The star powers his battle against Piccolo, Krillin, and Gohan. Eventually it comes down just like in the movie Dead Zone. Garlic Jr. once again tries to draw the heroes into the Dead Zone and once again Gohan thwarts his attack and bounces him into the Dead Zone instead. With Garlic Jr. gone, there is one thing left. Krillin and Gohan go after a giant pearl to give Krillin's girlfriend, Marron. But during the quest for the pearl, Krillin realizes he has to let Marron go. They give up the chase of the pearl and return to the surface. Krillin let's Marron go and the Garlic Jr. Mini Series draws to a close. Trunks Saga After Vegeta has returned from his search for Goku, he and his new allies, the Z warriors, notice a mysterious dark power heading for the earth. They head for the desert to see a giant space ship landing. It was Frieza and his father King Kold. Frieza was found dead in space but his father King Cold rebuilt Frieza with the latest technology. The duo comes to Earth to exact revenge. As they land a mysterious youth appears in the distance. Frieza's minions charged the young boy. The young warrior took out his sword and eliminated all of Frieza's men in seconds. The noble warrior then challenges Frieza, giving him three chances to beat him. Suddenly the young boy starts to glow. He then turns into a Super Saiyan. Frieza begins to panic and lauches a large blast at him. The mighty Super Saiyan is still standing. Frieza then loses control and makes a huge planet destroying attack, the same he did on Namek. The Saiyan catches the ball with one hand. Frieza then fires a shot into the energy ball and explodes underneath the young boy. Frieza laughs but turns around to see an energy blast is shot. He barely dodges the blast and looks up to see the mighty warrior with his sword in his hand. The young Saiyan cuts Frieza vertically in half and then blows him up. King Kold is in shock. He asks the young boy to see his sword. The young boy gives him his weapon. Kold then tries to strike the Saiyan with his sword but the young Saiyan catches it with one hand and blows King Kold away. The young Saiyan then destroys Kold's ship and spots the Z fighters. He tells them that Goku is arriving in two hours a few miles from here. They wait for two hours and see a space shuddle crashing near them. Goku has come back. Goku greets his friends and family. The young Saiyan asks Goku for a private conversation. The two men talk in private as the others try to figure out what their saying. The boy asks Goku to go Super Saiyan. Not sure what he was proving he goes Super Saiyan followed by the young boy. The boy smiles and tells Goku his name and business. His name is Trunks, the son of Bulma and Vegeta. He tells Goku he comes from the future. He warns him that in three years two powerful androids would land on eastern islands. Their mission is to destroy the earth. Their powers are phenomenal and even surpass Goku's. In the future, the androids kill all the Z fighters with the exception of Gohan. Goku died before from a lethal heart virus. Trunks gives Goku the antidote for his heart virus. Trunks leaves to return to his own time, promising to return in 3 years. Everyone trained for 3 years in anticipation of the day the Androids would arrive to destroy mankind. Gohan, Goku, and Piccolo retreat to the mountains to train for the Androids arrival, while Vegeta trains under 450 times Earth Gravity, still trying to surpass Goku. Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, and Choazu train hard separately for the up coming battle. After their 3 years of training, the Group of Warriors meets up on an island near where Trunks first arrived. Bulma is there waiting for them, with a baby in her arms. She tells everyone it is Trunks, the son of Vegeta. Yajirobe shows up in a hovercraft to deliver some Senzu Beans from Karin for the coming fight. Just as he is leaving, Yajirobe's hovercraft explodes but Yajirobe is unharmed. The group notices the blast came from the two figures in the sky. The two shadowy figures drop to the city. The Z fighters can't detect their power level due to them being androids. They go to the city to find the two mysterious androids. The warriors split up to search for the androids. Yamcha is attacked by one of the androids. The older android placed his hand over Yamcha's mouth so he couldn't yell out where he was. Yamcha was becoming weaker by the minute. An explosion caused by a car accident near them caught the Z fighters attention. Sensing Yamcha's dying power, the others go to his aid. Krillin takes Yamcha to Bulma to get a Senzu Bean. Goku tells the androids they know a place to the Z fighters and the two androids go off to a more deserted place to battle. Goku begins battling with Android 19 and is winning but suddenly suffers a heart failure. Android 19 kicks him around for a bit before trying to absorb more of Goku's energy. A revived Yamcha, Krillin, and Gohan tell everyone about the Androids' ability to absorb people's power. Vegeta jumps in and saves Goku. Yamcha takes Goku back home for the antidote while Vegeta fights Android 19. Vegeta suddenly powers up into a Super Saiyan to everyone's surprise. He beats Android 19 for a while until the android grabs his arms. Vegeta is so powerful he pulls off both the arms of Android 19. Vegeta does his Big Bang attack a nukes Android 19, leaving only his head. Android 20, now realizing that he underestimated the Z Warriors' powers, and retreats. Vegeta demands a Senzu Bean to restore his used power, and takes off after Android 20 with the other Warriors right behind him. Trunks arrives from the future and sees Android 19's head. He realizes that the Z Warriors are fighting the wrong Androids and looks for the others. Meanwhile, Android 20 is surrounded in a deep canyon. He decides to secretly absorb all the Z fighters one by one. Vegeta is looking for him but can't sense his energy since he is an Android. Vegeta gets upset and launches a huge energy blast toward the canyon floor. The evil android then flies out and absorbs the blast to replenish his strength and goes back to hiding. He next tries to absorb Piccolo's energy first. He cups his mouth so he can't scream and binds the rest of his body. Unable to talk or move Piccolo calls Gohan telepathically. Gohan comes to his rescue and Piccolo is given a Sensu Bean to recover. Piccolo then fights Android 20 and easily dominates the fight. Android tries to absorb him again but gets his hand chopped off by Piccolo. Soon Android 20 finds himself trapped and scared. Trunks suddenly arrives. Vegeta realizes it's his son from the future. Trunks informs them that they are fighting the wrong androids leaving them worried. In the sky, Bulma and Baby Trunks show up with Yarirobe and Android 20 blows up their ship to draw away attention while he made an escape. Trunks saves Bulma and Baby Trunks, and then Bulma tells her story about the Android she saw. She says that Android 20 is really Dr. Gero, the Android's maker. Dr. Gero made Android 19, so that 19 could make Dr. Gero into an Android (Number 20). Dr. Gero rushes to his lab to awaken Android 17 and 18.
